The saving in travel cost will more than offset the registration fee paid by the employers. Premium Quality of Students The students are genuinely interested in automotive domain They are already exposed to industry through factory visits, industry lectures and competitions Students are trained in leadership and technical skills such as club officers leadership training program and engineering design process Only students having adequate activity credit points are allowed to register Freedom of Choice Employers can choose from a wide variety of students based on discipline, academic performance, activity levels (even with a specific activity),region and many more parameters Simple, efficient and Risk free SAEINDIA will handle on its own different activities including setting up the question paper for written tests, correction of the papers and selection of the candidates. The employers may only have to register for the Career Start and let SAEINDIA handle the activities until the round of Group Discussion if they choose to do so. Upon request, SAEINDIA can also arrange for group discussions and interviews. There is no explicit or implicit commitment for the employers to select minimum number of students. Post Selection Support SAEINDIA can arrange for industry orientation program upon request. The selected students can do company projects as part of their final year curriculum. SAEINDIA can facilitate project definition that meets industry and academic needs.
